Each accepted paper must have at least one of its authors registered with a regular participant or PC member / SC member (i.e., non-student) registration (EUR 450 or EUR 400 EUR early bird fee before 21/05/2022 for Springer authors) One regular participant or PC member / SC member registration fee covers only one paper (no matter of which type). A second paper will require a second regular participant or PC member / SC member registration.

Conference fee includes:

  • Attendance to the scientific program of the main conference (including Forum) and the doctoral consortium
  • Conference documentation
  • Conference proceedings available electronically
  • Coffee-breaks
  • Lunches
  • Welcome and Closing receptions
  • Historical tour of Old Riga
